| Payment. |
| When you place your order either online or by telephone we take full payment for the goods and delivery charge. We accept all major credit/debit cards and
PayPal. We also accept cheques for orders over the telephone, however cheques must clear the bank before the order is despatched. This will add a minimum of five working days to your
delivery date. Please make your cheque payable to Star Signs and send it to Holographic Vinyl, Unit 3, Clifton Forge Industrial Estate, Forge Hill Lane, Knottingley, West Yorkshire, WF11 8JB. |

| Orders placed by 1pm will be dispatched the same day on a next day service and should arrive by 5.30pm. |

| Acceptance of Orders |
| Holographic Vinyl takes great pains to ensure that information supplied to the customer by way of description and/or illustration is accurate. It does
however remain the responsibility of the customer to determine the suitability of the goods. We undertake to supply you with the goods described on our website. Most of our products
are available for immediate despatch however if you have an urgent order it is always advisable to discuss your requirement on the telephone 01977 670002. |

| Delays |
| We monitor the performance of our carriers continuously and rarely have complaints, however where goods have not arrived by the specified time due to
circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to get replacement goods to you as soon as possible. |

| Data & Privacy |
| The information collected from you at the time you place an order will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and
action your payment. Under no circumstances will this information be passed to a third party. |

| Supply |
| You must check the acknowledgement email for accuracy and report immediately if any item is not as originally ordered. |

| VAT |
| All prices exclude VAT which is charged at the rate prevailing at the time of despatch. |

| Faults/Damages |
| In order to assist you, we ask that you report any damage, faults, shortages or incorrect goods within 48 hours of receipt by telephoning 01977 670002.
If there is a subsequent problem with the goods, please contact us and we will deal with matter in accordance with your legal rights. |

| Cancellations and Returns |
| You may cancel your order within seven working days from the day after you have received your goods. To do this please write to us at Holographic Vinyl, Unit 3, Clifton Forge Industrial Estate, Forge Hill Lane, Knottingley, West Yorkshire, WF11 8JB or email us on stuart@holographicvinyl.co.uk and return the goods at your earliest convenience. You must pay for the cost of returning the goods. As a customer you have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. Unfortunately we are not able to accept cancellations for specially ordered items (to a customer’s tailored specifications) outside our standard product range. |
| Where goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect or because of an unsuitable substitution by us, we will meet the cost of return but
ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier. |

| Refunds |
| Refunds will be made within 30 days of notification, by the same method used for the purchase. |

| Complaints |
| We take complaints very seriously. We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and provide a timescale for resolving the dispute.
We will always keep you informed of progress. |
